My Reviews on the products & experience
What I loved about this box, is the pure nostalgia I got upon opening it. The plethora of snacks, the attention to detail in the box itself. I really enjoyed the magazine because it really helped pull together the contents and gave context behind the theme. They included recipes, descriptors, stories and many other engaging elements. My favorite items were the Coffee Gum, Maxim Mocha Latte, Mon Cher Cake and the coffee peanuts. I loved who exotic some of these snacks were, for example the Gopchang flavored potato chips! This is a delicacy (beef intestine) in Korea and at some great KBBQ joints in the US and to see the flavor replicated into a chip is unique! Additionally, I was surprised at the Dinosaur Egg chips as well, the packaging definitely reminded me of Ruffles Sour Cream chips but the flavor was a different explosion altogether. It was tangy, sweet, slightly savory and then crunchy! The non edible items were a great touch, the ampoule mask will be coming with me on a plane ride soon and the Kpop Plush toy has been claimed by my sweet dog, Cali. Both of these items reminded me of growing up in Korea at stages. I remember when I was younger, I would have a ton of these things on key chains holding like one key. The ampoule mask always reminds me of gifts I often get from my friends in Korea! Korean skincare is all of the rage so to include these trendy items is an added value. My SAHS family, especially those who are no longer in Korea, this box is full of nostalgia! I would encourage you to check them out yourself!
The boxes are available to purchase as one time or as subscriptions and the pricing ranges from $35-$384 based on your plan. If you aren’t sure which plan you would like, then fear not! There is a quiz that you can take that will guide you to the right one! I’ll be sending a few these out to some friends and if you try any of these snacks, please let me know your thoughts!
